1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any product built by Truplit - including GetPaidly and SolveLoop - you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
2. Use of Services
Our products are designed to help you work better. GetPaidly helps small businesses track payments through WhatsApp. SolveLoop connects people who have problems with experts who can solve them.
You may use our services for any lawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.
3. User Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at hello@truplit.com.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person, one account - don't create multiple accounts for the same service.
4. Prohibited Activities
Don't do these things:
- Use our services to harm, harass, or deceive others.
- Attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized to use.
- Scrape, crawl, or collect data from our platforms without permission.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with our infrastructure.
- Resell or redistribute our services without written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and branding across Truplit products belongs to Truplit Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our services without permission.
Content you create using our services (like your payment records in GetPaidly or problems posted on SolveLoop) remains yours.
6. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that our services will be error-free. Truplit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination
You can stop using our services at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. We'll try to give you notice when possible, but we reserve the right to act immediately if necessary.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
